TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Supplexon. By accessing supplexon.com ("the Site") or
purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. THE PRODUCTS

Supplexon sells athletic joint-support braces (knee, ankle, elbow,
wrist, palm) sourced from SBK, a global manufacturer of performance
support equipment. Product photos may vary slightly from received
items due to lighting, packaging updates, or minor supplier revisions.

⚠ IMPORTANT — NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE

Our products are performance supports intended for general athletic
use, training, and everyday activity. They are NOT medical devices,
NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any injury or
condition, and NOT a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have an injury, chronic condition, allergy, or pain, consult
a qualified physician before use. Supplexon is not liable for any
injury, aggravation, or medical outcome resulting from use of
our products.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and inclusive of applicable
  taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept cash on delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, and online
  payment wallets via Paymob and Shopify Payments.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, and
  promotional codes at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel
  affected orders and issue a full refund.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to
  accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at our sole
  discretion — including but not limited to: suspected fraud,
  incorrect pricing displayed due to error, or stock unavailability.
- If we reject your order, any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement OR before we
  hand it to the courier, whichever comes first.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to Supplexon@gmail.com or
  WhatsApp +20 106 061 6005 with your order number.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is
  subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

5. SHIPPING

Delivery is handled by Bosta and typically takes 2–5 business days
within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates only. Supplexon is not
responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, holidays,
customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read it in full
before purchasing.

7. EXCHANGES

We do NOT offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you
must return the original per our Refund & Return Policy and place a
new order separately.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including the logo, brand name "Supplexon,"
the "X" mark, product photography, copy, and design — is the property
of Supplexon and protected by Egyptian and international copyright
and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify,
or use any content without prior written permission from Supplexon.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content about Supplexon
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site
- Abuse promotional codes, discount stacking, or refund policies

We reserve the right to ban users, cancel orders, and block IP
addresses that violate these terms.

10. FRAUD PROTECTION

Supplexon reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order
that shows signs of fraud, including but not limited to:
- Mismatched billing and shipping information
- Multiple failed payment attempts
- Suspicious IP or device patterns
- Repeated chargebacks or refund abuse

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law:
- Supplexon's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the
  amount paid by you for the product in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
  damages — including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury
  (see Section 1).
- We are not responsible for any misuse of our products or use
  contrary to the product's intended purpose.
- We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events
beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural
disasters, war, pandemic, courier disruptions, supplier delays,
internet outages, government action, currency restrictions, or
civil unrest.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supplexon, its
owners, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense
(including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms
or your misuse of any product purchased from the Site.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cairo,
Egypt. You waive any right to file a class action or collective
proceeding against Supplexon.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated
version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued
use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
