Supplexon ("we," "us," "our") operates supplexon.com ("the Site").
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect,
how we use it, and your rights under Egyptian data protection law
(Law No. 151 of 2020) and international standards.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit or place an order on the Site, we collect:
- Contact details: name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, shipping address
- Order details: products purchased, order value, payment method
- Payment information: processed by our payment partners (Paymob,
Shopify Payments). We do NOT store your card details.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To process and deliver your orders via Bosta or our shipping partners
- To communicate about your order status and provide customer support
- To send marketing messages (only if you opt in) about new drops,
discounts, and product launches
- To improve our Site, products, and customer experience
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse
- To comply with Egyptian legal and tax obligations
3. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH
- Bosta (our delivery partner) — name, phone, address for shipment
- Paymob / Shopify Payments — payment processing only
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google, TikTok — advertising analytics
- Shopify Inc. — hosting and store infrastructure
- Legal authorities when required by Egyptian law
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligation to
retain order records for accounting and tax purposes for up to 5 years)
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time

We use cookies to remember your cart, understand site usage, and
personalize your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser

not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your own actions
(e.g., sharing your password or falling for a phishing scam).

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly
collect information from minors.

responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
